Wow. This is addictive!
I’m also at 44/50. What’s interesting about this — and what I suppose is the point of the game — is how easy most of these are. Three stock photos evoke the whole story, even for some movies I haven’t seen. If filmmaking is about achieving the iconic and memorable, these movies succeeded.
There were many films I had no clue about but it’s a lot of fun.

41/50. I feel like some of these are blatantly obvious but are not immediately coming to mind. I can’t figure out for the fucking life of me which movie is the one with the three same pictures of someone shutting off an alarm clock.
